Running the ceremony rehearsal, instructing the wedding party on where to stand and when to walk.
Organizing the processional/recessional, lining up the wedding party, and managing the ceremony, including cueing music.
Developing a detailed, minute-by-minute timeline (the "bible" of the day) and distributing it to all vendors.
Acting as the main point of contact, ensuring vendors arrive on time, know where to set up, and stick to the schedule.
Placing personal items (guestbook, favors, signage), arranging decorations, and cleaning up/loading items at the end of the night.
Discreetly solving last-minute emergencies or unexpected issues.
Managing the reception timeline, including intros, toasts, dances, and cake cutting, etc…
Safely managing items like the marriage license, wedding rings, and personal decor, gifts and cards, etc…
Unlimited Zoom or In-Person Planning Meetings (Depending on Location)

We can supply up to 4 trained personal to help with bussing tables, washing dishes and other general cleanup items. (All personnel are full trained, appropriatly dressed for your event)
